The Green Pin® Bow Shackle BN is a bow shackle with a safety bolt. The shackle offers a double safety (split pin and safety bolt) which prevents accidental unscrewing of the pin. Long-term durability is assured due to the galvanization of the Green Pin® Bow Shackle BN. The Green Pin® Bow Shackle BN is suitable for both one-leg and multi-leg systems
Supplied with an E.C Declaration of Conformity.
- Grade 6 high tensile steel body and pin, quenched and tempered.
- Hot dipped galvanised finish.
- Conforms to BS EN 13889 (from 0.5t to 25t) and meets the performance requirements of US Fed. Spec. RR-C-271 type IVA class 2, grade A.
- From 2t and upward these shackles comply with ASME B30.26.
- Minimum breaking load is 6 times the W.L.L.
- Temperature range -40°C up to +200°C.
- Full CAD support available upon request.
- Type DNV 2.7-1 available for Shackles ≥ W.L.L. 2t
- Certs available 2.1 3.1 MTC DoC DNV GL 2.7-1 DNV GL 0378
